On March 21st, 2023, the team at PVH Group Inc joined the rest of the world and showed out with their socks for Down Syndrome Awareness. Down syndrome affects 1 in every 800 -1000 live births in Barbados.

The original idea for the “Rock Your Socks” Concept was brought about 10 years ago due to the “sock-like” shape of chromosomes and the fact that people with Down syndrome have an extra chromosome.

People around the world wear colourful, attractive socks to raise awareness for Down Syndrome.
